"John formed an integral part of my crew at Badwater this year. I was fortunate not only because he lives up to his name, vigilant, but also because he’s an amazing chiropractor.
After 20 hours of running, I found I had a twinge in my left knee and a stabbing pain in my mid-back. I thought I could control it by correcting my gait and told John of the troubles I was experiencing. He suggested I monitor it for a while and press into a trigger point in my abdomen (something that John found straight away!). Another hour or so, and I decided to ask John if he could adjust it for me. A makeshift bed was constructed and John quickly examined the problem and adjusted my back. I couldn’t believe what an incredible difference it made and wondered why I didn’t get him to do something earlier! "I was experiencing chronic neck pain, nothing that i did would re leave it. I tried heat, ice, massage, and chiropractic care. Remembering that Dr. John had studied a new stretch modality i thought i would try a session with him. His technique involves non evasive stretching.
